Journelle accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like adhesive bras and opened hosiery are considered final sale.

Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners remain intact.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
